To create an account on pixbe5, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Creating more than one pixbe5 account per CPF, residential address, or device is strictly prohibited. Using multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once or to circumvent any restriction imposed by pixbe5 constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the blocking of their corresponding balances.
Pixbe5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — CPF, RG, CNH, or proof of address issued within the last 90 days. This verification may be required before your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction volume thresholds, or when fraud risk is identified. Failure to provide the requested documents within 72 hours may result in the temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal functionality.

Pixbe5 offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, and international leagues), basketball (NBB and international leagues), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports as available on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pixbe5 within the exposure limits set for each market. pixbe5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion — particularly in cases of odds published with a manifest technical error, suspected match-fixing, or irregularities affecting the integrity of the event.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the estimated probability of each outcome, including the house margin. A bet is settled based on the official result of the event as announced by the relevant competition's governing body. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, pixbe5 will adopt the result recognized by the official organizing entity.
If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be fully refunded. If an event starts and is subsequently suspended indefinitely, settlement will depend on the number of minutes played and the sport-specific rules, as detailed in the sport rules section available on the platform. Postponed events that take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time will remain valid; beyond that window, bets will be refunded.
Bets placed after a live event has started (in-play bets) are final and cannot be cancelled by the user once confirmed by the pixbe5 system, except in cases of documented technical failure.
All casino games available on pixbe5 — including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and poker — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors. The RTP for each game is provided by its respective supplier and published in the game's technical sheet upon user request.
In the event of a confirmed technical failure during a round — including live casino stream disconnection, Sports Betting system error, or result generation failure — pixbe5 will apply the fairest possible resolution for the user, which may include a bet refund or completion of the round based on data available prior to the failure. Bets correctly settled and confirmed by the system are not reversible on the basis of an unsatisfactory outcome.
Pixbe5 Poker tables are player-versus-player — the platform does not participate as an opponent. The rake charged per hand is displayed in each table's interface, and tournaments follow a "buy-in + rake" format. The use of bots, unauthorized real-time assistance software, or any form of collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and balance retention.

Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of pending balances, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.
You may request account closure at any time through pixbe5's support channel — live chat or email at contato@pixbe5.com. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed as normal and any available balance will be transferred to your registered bank account or Pix key.
Pixbe5 may close or suspend your account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; use of multiple accounts; providing false information during identity verification; or any behavior that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.
In cases of account closure due to a violation, any balance tied to unfulfilled bonuses will be forfeited. Balances originating from the user's own deposits that have already been released will be refunded following a case review, except where evidence of fraud or legal infringement is found.
